Majority of McCall's riding area to be closed by NREPA

I'm posting this here because snow conditions won't matter much if all you can do in McCall is trail ride! See the thread started in the Land Use section:

You can download Google Earth maps that show the exact areas to be closed here:

Open the Idaho map in Google Earth and take a look at the McCall area - everything except narrow corridors along Goose Lake, Fisher Creek and Warren Wagon Roads will be off limits if this bill passes! Other areas South of McCall will also be closed and Freezeout Ridge near Clarkia will be closed.

Follow the links in other thread and take action or lose these riding areas!

This would be horrible for the McCall area. I don't see myself driving 6-7hrs to go slay the trails:face-icon-small-fro

Hope everyone steps up to the plate. One voice may be small, but in unison we can tell our representatives that we will back them when they stand up against this. It is OUR land and should continue to be managed here at home.

Spent some time looking at the NREPA website and learned enough to see that it is the biggest threat to date to shut down recreation on public lands.

We all need to contact our representatives and oppose this NOW!!!!

Spreads the word.
