I am trying to put a 2001 726 in an 07 400 IQr and I am wondering what CDI and wiring harness should be used with this motor. Can the 440 CDI used or reflashed and can the race harness be used? Thanks

Also the motor is currently setup for premix and I would like it to have oil injection. Can I just use a 2001 600 oil pump?

If the wiring from the stator will plug into the 440 harness, then you can use it. You would want to get it reflashed by the race department for your motor, probably eliminating the dragon button and exhaust temp sensor. Yes you can use the 600 pump. You need to have all of the injection check valves on the motor to use the pump.
