ENTRY FEES (RACERS):
The entry cost for each category race is $10.00
Each $10.00 race fee will get a racer at least two races.
If a racer loses both races, he/she is out of the running for that category.
If he/she keeps winning, he/she could go through several races and heats to the finals.
Each racer can sign up for as many categories as he/she qualifies for.
You must have your sled qualified at registration for the race you enter. In other words if you had a modified sled you could not enter a stock race or if you had a 600cc sled, you could not race in the 500cc category. However, if you had a 600cc sled, you could race in the 700cc category or if you had a stock sled, you could race in the traction improved or modified category.
PAYOUTS (RACERS):
All the entry money goes back to the racers.
If there are 3 entries in a specific class/race, the payout is 100% to first place
If there are 4 or more entries in that class/race, it would pay first and second.
CASH PRIZES (ANYONE CAN WIN):
The GRAND PRIZE will be the snowmobile drawing with the proceeds going to high school graduating seniors in the area as scholarships.
There is also 4 cash drawings pulled from the ticket tumbler that range from $50.00 to $200.00.
These prizes you do not need to be present to win.
There will be a $100.00 cash prize drawn from the ticket tumbler given to someone present.
DOOR PRIZES (ANYONE CAN WIN):
There are literally $1,000.00’s of door prizes that range from money to gifts that are given out to people that buy an arms-length of tickets with the proceeds going to another high school scholarship.
You must be present to win these. Motor Fist is donating prizes to the racers, workers and some of the door prizes.
There will be two snowmobile helmets given away and you will need to buy tickets for a drawing for them. Again, the proceeds will go to scholarships.
ENTRY FEES (NON-RACERS)
There is a $5.00 entry fee to spectators to the races and that money is also thrown into the scholarship fund.
Racers and workers do not have to pay the entry fee.

MtnSnowAdventures,

Thanks for your info! Is the track right on Hwy 248? Also, are there any accommodations anywhere near there?
Any recommendations for a first timer!? This year, just spectating!

Thanks in advance!

Correct, the races are just off the side of Montana Highway 248. As far as food, beverages, and restrooms, Four Buttes Supper Club is next to the track. They are providing a full menu all day, including beer, soda, water, liquor, and great food. I also believe they are providing a 'feed' after the races, but will offer menu items to those who wish. Additionally, there are porta-potties at the track.

As far as lodging, you would need to stay in Scobey (9 miles away). The Cattle King (406-487-5332) and the Juel Motel (406-487-2765) should have rooms.
