I have a 08 IQR 800 bikemans monoblock conversion, single pipe, with 136 extension and 2" paddle, 22-43 gearing, oil injection, 10-64 weights, 0-2000 ft at 0 to -20, timing on g running supreme pump gas. I m looking to do a little bit of everything, mountain riding, ditchbanging, trail, but mostly off trail riding. Looking to change clutching and gearing and was looking for some suggestions on what people are running and are having sucess with.. Thanks

Don't know which pipe your using, but if the set up comes in around 160-165hp, then try an almond spring in the primary with the 10-64's and a 66-44.46 helix in the secondary with either a red/black or black/purple secondary spring. If the revs are too high go up in weight to 10-66's

Agreed, Iam running the same kit with the SLP pipe mod(stretched 1") Iam running a white/red primary spring with dalton ajustable wieghts at about 62 grams and I cant seem to get higher then 8150rpm and the kit claims 8400rpm? my secondary is all stock same with the gearing.

Stock gearing? You mean the 19-45? Need to get that around 22-43. Are your clutches opening all the way up? I know this sounds crazy but are your slides on the carbs opening all of the way?
