Building a custom dragon

I cannot tell you all how much I hate dealing with the 800 CFI engine issues in my 2009 dragon, soooooo....... I am pulling a 2004 polaris liberty 700 with PERC off of the shelf and putting it in the chassis. I already have the PAR motor plate from Brad, and will begin working on this project soon. I am looking for any tips, advice, things to look out for, etc. Any comments, suggestions, etc. are welcome and appreciated. Thank you. Scott
