Pro Boost turbo

Here is some features of the Pro Boost turbo kit that Boondocker made for our ProLites. This top of the line kit fits amazing and looks perfect. Boondocker spent a lot of time developing the kit for us just the way we wanted it:

-Automatic boost and fuel control at any elevation
-200 horsepower at any elevation. Boost increases as elevation increases in order to maintain 200 hp all of the time.
-Pretuned and ready to go
-Deep Snow Stainless Steel Exhaust into the tunnel
-Billet turbo center section, lightweight and self contained so that no oil tank is needed.
-Special billet compressor wheel designed for killer throttle response all the time.
-Dual auxiliary injectors mounted into the cyclone style intake plenum
-Runs on Premium pump gas

950 PRO Max Big Bore

The Pro Max big bore kit comes with two new cylinders, pistons, gaskets, billet head cover and domes, exhaust valves. And then we use Boyesen Rad Valves specifically made for our 52mm throttle bodies.
We use a power commander to control the fuel map.
Our new stainless steel y pipe, pipe and Pro Lite muffler finishes of the package producing 210+ horsepower.

The cylinders are our own Cast cylinder that is ready to go, no exchange needed. These kits can be ordered for your own machine as well. We have introductory price of $1995 for the top end kit which includes, 2 cylinders, 2 piston kits, billet head cover and domes, exhaust valves, and top end gasket and orings.

rear suspension

The front swing arm is changed and the inner wheels are replaced with our pro lite version. So we still drop some weight in the rear skid.

Our design is forged by Wiseco for us using their higher grade of aluminum which is better for performance applications. The pistons are Teflon hard coated as well.

Is that a whole new hood and windshield assembly? Can that be purchased separately? Do you have better pictures of the hood, windshield, and console?

Here is the link to the hood on the website. I need to get a updated picture that is larger, but I will attach some more photos of prolites in the shop so you can see the hood better.

I snapped a couple pics, one of the top intakes of the hood, and one showing the side intakes for the hood. The frogskin vents keep the snow out, and its able to draw air from all sides. The side view picture is from one getting assembled, the lower nose section is what is shown.

Dry weight was 420 last year, and should be about the same this year. The front suspension change will be a little lighter because its narrower. So we could be slightly less this year, but still very similar.
