Last weekend was out on my m 1100 t blew a new belt in 5 miles. Have over 1000 miles on old one. After digging out the strings from the blower belt put on the original belt. Sled will not run worth a darn now. Clutches seem fine, checked hoses and they seem fine. Sled will not pull hard on hard pack but runs 7900 rpm. Soon as you get in deep snow Boggs down to 7000 rpm. Any ideas.

Dis-assemble secondary and check rollers, helix bolts, and bushings.

X2

What happens is pieces or fragments of the kevlar get bound up in the helix area, and that in turn binds up the secondary.

Dont believe me? Borrow a buddies secondary,,,,,,,,,, then you will see
