Tail and brake light could be the 4 way connector under the seat. May be unplugged.
Headlight, probe the connector with a volt meter to see if you are really getting power. If not, look to the dimmer switch. Unplug it at the handle bars and check to see if continuity switches between the common and the other 2 lines. You could also jump between the hot line and the other 2 and see if both the high and low light up. That will remove the switch from the circuit. Then you will know if the wiring is good to the low beam side.
I have seen wires melted by the pipe up front near the bumper. Could be the issue on the head light.
