Thanks Paul,
I just installed mine yesterday along with the Skinz Float plate. When you combine the Float plate with the Skinz front bumper and support brackets it really stiffens up the front end. The float plate also helps protect the lower A-arms. I ran this last year as well. I will attach some pics that will hopefully show this.
1st: Stock front bumper mounted w pipe removed
2nd: Side by side pic of the 2019 Skinz front bumper next to removed stock 850. Note that there is differences between the 800 and the 850 that you will see in a few pics.
3rd:IMO the weld quality is better than the past. There is also an aluminum bash plate that bolts on under this that ties the Skinz Float plate and bumper.
4th: Note how thick the tube and attachment is compared to stock the stock 850.
5th: This is the Skinz 800 Axys bumper next to the 800 stock bumper. Notice there is more mounting brackets for the 800 than the new 850.
I will add some picks of the float plate and rear bumper soon.

1st Skinz Float plate lining up to install rivets (included). The directions indicate which rivets to drill out and the plate is predrilled in the exact spots the new ones will be installed.
2nd pic: After drilling the head off, if the rivet doesn't pop out I use a small drift to punch it through with a hammer. If the sled is on its side the fall down towards the right and pretty easy to get out. I alway count them as I find the tails so I don't have peaces rattling around in the belly pan.
3rd: The Float plate fits up tight to the belly pan for protection, you might need to put a little pressure from a floor jack to get the front rivets in.
4th: Installed. The pics don't do justice on how much this adds protection to the skid and lower A-arms.

1st pic: View of the front with the Skinz front bumper, bash plate and Float plate installed. You can see when you encounter rocks and stumps it helps to slide up and over them rather than hit the mounting points of the A-arms and hold you up. Snow doesn't stick to the Float plate.
2nd: Shows a little more of the edge of the float plate.
3rd: Off track, but the Polaris under-hood google bag fits with the Skinz front bumper. I added some extra holes to aid in drying things out.

1st pic: Stock rear bumper with Skinz next to it to compare.

3rd: Taking off stock is easy with a 10mm and T-30
4th: Installing the rivets and bolts on the new Skinz rear bumper
5th: Installed with stock next to it.
6th: Instructions and part number.

Did you have to modify the under hood bag at all to make it fit the 850? I have one from my 800 that I was going to put in

Hey pinko,
Yes. The fuse box is in the way. There is a small bracket that its mounted to that is riveted to the crossbar. You need to drill out these rivets and remove the mount. Then just zip tie the fuse box to the crossbar. I will add a pic to show you what Im talking about.
I will be on tour for a few weeks with Paul Thacker and X games so I might not have access to a computer for a bit. Good luck.

I had a look at it then other day and figured the fuse box would be in the way. Never sized up the bracket for the bag in there. Looks easy enough. Thanks for the help!

Well, I hit a couple 6" steel pipes the other day. The Skinz Float plate saved my bulk head. I will post some pics soon. The other tore off the A-arms and shock on the right side. This could have been much worse! At $200 each for upper and lower A-arms thats much cheaper than a totaled sled or changing a bulk head!
Look back at the pics of this float plate on how much more coverage you get than even the factory skid plates.

Float plate has been my savior a dozen times in the last 6 years. If you ride where hidden dangers aren't buried under 8 feet of snow its the way to go for MAX protection.
