Cannot change avatar

I have tried two different browsers now, and every time I try to update the photo for my new avatar it says "upload failed" when I try to upload it from my computer, and if I point it to my flickr account where I have the file uploaded, it says invalid file type.

The file size is 21kb, and the dimensions are 150x113 pixels, which should work but it still will not upload, at least not in Chrome or Firefox.

Are you able to upload the image into your PHOTO ALBUM on SnoWest and then link it from there?

I just tried that, but that did not work - said it was an invalid file.

I did just now try uploading the same picture from my computer again, and this time it worked. Not sure why it would not the other day, but it seems to be working fine now.
