TKI belt installation question

I'm installing the TKI belt drive on my 2016 pro RMK 3" track. The flange behind the brake rotor got turned around on me and not sure which way it goes on. Does the rounded side face the inside or outside.

Still need help with this? I could take a look in the service manual.

Its the flange that came with the kit. Spacer between rotor and gear. I think the rounded side faces the out side. Just want to be sure.

I called Tom today to leave a message and he answered the phone. I had it figured right but always good to know it is right.
