Association Memberships

With all the issues we face a s snowmobilers, why is only 10-20% of snowmobilers members of their state associations? The associations fight for our rights to keep public land areas open to snowmobilers. The memberships are usually $15 to $25 depending on what state you are in. We spend thousands of dollars of our sport every year, so what is another $20 to have a voice in snowmobiling.
