Checked switches, connected. No headlights, changed bulbs. No light. No thumb warmer. Could not find current to switch. Its like maybe its been cut or broke maye disconnected elsewhere. This was a "backup" sled for a hill climber #618. Its an Assault. It really rips, headed to Mtns for weekend, ill have to do more checking when i get back.

Thanks

Could be the VR from the lighting coil, the lighting coil (Y) itself, or just disconnects/cuts. You could start from the Y coil and work forward. Put a known good VR from another sled and test, etc. Running without draw from the lights/resistor could have fried the lighting side of the VR.

As Reg2 said... You could have a bad stator as the lighting and engine are separate sections of the stator... or a bad lighting regulator... so long as all connections are plugged in and wires are in good condition.

BTW... you can substitute in an older Polaris voltage regulator from an edge sled to keep your cost down... many dealers carry them and are less costly than replacing the combined regulator that is stock on a 2013/14/15 ProRide RMK.
