Hi, I'm on a projet and I want to use a pro rmk 155 rear skid

the reason of the post is, I need to know the outside width of the swing arm on a pro suspension (see picture). If someone have one of theses suspension or even just a swing arm laying around and be nice enough to take the measurement for me, I would apreciate a lot.

Just take it as precise as you can, with this I should be able to incorporate the dimension in my CAD model.

thanks a lot

(If possible, the front and rear swing arm to ensure they are the same width.)

Hmph. I saw it there I swear. I was comparing the front and rear inner shafts between Pro suspension and IQ Raw suspension, the shafts were the same size but I had to convert from metric to standard to make sure since the Pro is metric. The bolts are different, metric on Pro, standard on Dragon. Let me check out where I saw that...

Ok, looking at the 2012 800 Pro RMK microfiche it has the dimensions of item 7 which (I will check) is the same shaft front and rear. Here is the URL I am using (local dealer for me):
HERE
Pics attached.
Rear shaft part number and dimensions: 5137223 SHAFT-19.05 X 391.414
Front shaft part number and dimensions: 5137223 SHAFT-19.05 X 391.414

I have 2015 arms in front of me. The front and rear cross shafts are the same at 15.4375" wide.

Just ASSuming something from the pictures in your posts.

I installed a Pro skid into a M7. Best thing we've done to the old antique. Needed the assault rails to make it an easier install though.

Thanks Geo, but it is not for the cat, I'm on a custom project and I build everything in CAD before building it. I dont have all the parts in hand already so I try to find all the information to draw it as accurate as possible. Over the time I will try to find and grab good deal on the parts that I need.

thanks

I need to get some information about the front torque arms as well.
I have been looking at the part numbers and the 2012 Pro front torque arm is part number 154272-329 and the 2014 (which I have) is 1543026-329.
I have busted up my 2014 arm and am looking at replacing it with a 2012. The difference I see from the parts fiche is the inside diameter of the 2012 is 19.05 (.75) vs the 2014 which takes a .8 shaft.

The reason im looking at changing this is I could easily put a .75 solid steel rod in the 2012 for better support as this is the 2nd time I have busted the front torque arm. The .80 rod would be harder to find and might even be a machined item. I don't have access to a lathe so I am doing this with the tools I have available.

A couple questions about this. Could somebody measure the inside and outside diameters of the upper tube from a 2012 and from a 2014 for me? I would like to know if the 2014 tube is a larger outside diameter than the 2012 or what was done when the larger shaft was used in the newer models.

Whats you thought on this mod?
