I’m pretty sure only the 800’s need the fix and there’s debate on if they’re a good thing or a bad thing.

I wouldn’t do anything to it unless compression test says otherwise and even then I think a good set of spi pistons with proper piston/cylinder clearance is the way to go. That and a fuel controller to add fuel to the mid range is a must on any Polaris cfi. Also they all have volt regulator problems so make sure you have the updated part number on it or get it. Keep the temps down, proper warm up etc etc
