Default Sled for ice fishing

Hello there, I just moved to Alaska and My question is “what type of slow moving, equipment hauling wide track sled for 2 passengers under $4k do you fellows recommend?”

I bought a 96 vmax 600 cheap but not crazy about it, need a wide track.

Found a Arctic Cat 660 Turbo over 8k miles don’t know much about it except it doesn’t open up after 27 mph it actually took a nose dive when I gave it more throttle. Is that typical of turbo machines?

Thank you

The Arctic Cat Bearcats were pretty good.

8K miles is an incredible amount of miles for a snowmobile. At the very least, you probably need to change every bearing on the sled.

I have 30k on my sled so I consider 8k as just broken in
