blah, had to shrink mine... was set up for 120x120 on the old SW
the animooted ones are weird to get resized... I haven't found a good utility to do that yet, i just fight with GraphicConverter and with enough fist-mashing on the keyboard I eventually get the settings right and it coughs up a useable animooted avatar

Right I guess I meant my picture IS a .gif but it's not moving like yours guyes.

I figured it out.
For some reason it allowed me to bring it in as 184x170 or something and I think that's why it wasn't moving.
I resized it to the 100 x 100 it's supposed to be now it works.
