Still no consistentcy in my notifications; while I have had a few come instantly like they should; today's notifications (2) were roughly six hours and five days old. There is likely still more to it than has been found to date. We do appreciate your efforts to debug the server upgrade, but more needs to be done. FWIW

Here is a major part of the problem.
The following E-Mail domains are FREQUENTLY refusing to accept any outbound e-mails from the Snowest.com domain.

They are BOUNCING the mail right back at our servers.

if you are using one of these domains, chances are VERY high you are suffering from NO or VERY SLOW notifications.

These domains, or at least mine, appeared to work fine before the "server upgrade" what changed?

Uncertain if everyone was getting all of their mail on time or not.
But once we moved and inherited a new IP Address, we absolutely began to see problems.

This thread started in September 3rd

Last night we changed the IP on our Mail Server.
Not sure if it Will or Will Not make any difference, but we are still trying to solve this.

Well, it surely isn't instant that it used to be. I don't have one for your message you just posted. We shall see how long it takes
