How hard are those little plastic rivit looking things to remove and are they reuseable?

U don't have to take them apart like this. U don't even need to remove them from the rubber. Just pull the pin out most of the way.

Don't worry about the bottom under the skidplate. Leave it alone and just pull the rivets u can see.

Very easy. You can use a little screw driver to pry those loose, then some pliers to pull all the way.
