Anyone know of an aftermarket pipe and can for my 500 summit ?

Nope, never made. And to be honest, I really doubt they could get any more usable HP outa it. Twins will gain a little, but add weight. I snowchecked a 96 SLS I had alot of fun with that sled. Beat alot of 600's with it too. Setup and rider means alot

O.K. so if think it's plugging up do I just cut it open, unplug it repack and weld it up.

I guess, why would you think it's Plugging up?

Intermittent loss of power, take the pipe off and shake it you hear stuff moving around inside. What other choice do I have ?

Try flush with water? Is it in the pipe section or the muffler section?

Flushed it out with water both directions and a few small quarter to fifty cent size pieces of rusty tin came out. Sounds better too.
So today the last 1/4 of the throttle it seems to bog down, great out of the hole, but it's like it hits a wall and can't get over it. Come off the throttle a little and hit it and it does the same thing. Clutch not shifting up ? maybe the jets, I don't know.
It could have been doing this before but I thought it was the plugged exhaust.

take apart the RAVE system on both cylinders, and clean them up, when they dont open all the way, you lose top end power like crazy!
sounds like you clutches are not shifting, Whens the last time you pulled them apart and checked them
also check belt wideth, and adjustment
