19’ Early Release 800’s being shipped back?

Buddy of mine works for Polaris dealer here on the east coast and Polaris is having them ship back the 2 2019 800’d they received last spring...Anyone know why? Apparently they could not be updated/repaired at the dealer.....

Too slap a different VIN on the tunnel and sell them as new 19's haha

They are new 2019 sleds. 800 models, my dealer is sending 3 back. 2 that they got last spring to show and another that was still in the crate.

If they are preproduction models (demo sleds) Polaris usually always collects them back.

These were not. Polaris usually sends my dealer two in the spring every year for sale, not demo, they have since the Pros. Never needed them back before.
