Dang man this thing is cool!!! What did it start its life as? Very interested in how this tens out as I am looking for a cool sled to give to my son. Might follow your build a bit.

It is a 1990 yamaha snosport. The project stalled last spring hope to start working on it again soon.

Ok, this is officially the coolest/most well done build! Especially since it is for your kids too. Can't wait to see some pics when it is all said and done out on the snow.
