30. I don't really know what I'm doing but 30 seemed fine for all of the shots except for the non POV pow turn in that video where I tried to slow it down. It looks a little jerky, had I shot in 60 that would look nice and smooth. So if you're not planning on doing any slow mo, I think 30 is fine.
