We bought a new caching module for VBulletin and just installed it. Should help with the load this evening.
And the UPSs shipped out to us today.
So the first of the new hardware is now on it's way to us.

Nope.
We need new servers because the old ones were operating at just below MAX capacity at the end of summer.
The changes we made simply forced the issue to a head 3 months sooner than it would have happened all by itself.

That news is just as good as waking up and seeing that there is enough snow to go out and ride.
I can't tell you how happy I was at that surprise.
And then Fed-Ex just called to confirm delivery tomorrow afternoon at 4:30PM.
Now the servers will be here BEFORE the rest of the support hardware.
Either way, we should have it all installed and running by Thanksgiving if at all possible!!

an outhouse is still an outhouse no matter if you put a full roll of paper into it...slide it back over the old hole and more people will use it even in the cold
