I can't see very well with the blue on overcast days. Last year I only had rose lenses for an alternative (which were much better than the blue for me), but this season I'll be able to compare those with the yellow for the flat light days.

I do have two pair of goggles with me at all times, each a different lens color. I can swap off easily enough during the day for differing conditions. :)

I like blue as the best all around lens color. I've noticed during really flat conditions that yellow or bronze works best for me though.

for flat light i use really light orange tint - the more light that comes in the better, but with a blue reflective tint so that they still work when clouds lift. I highly recommend having two sets of googles in your pack at all times though.
