Racers Edge Suspension
I received the new Racer Edge D Motion Suspension today for one of Yamaha Turbo Viper Projects
We need this Suspension to keep the Viper on the ground with the amount of Horsepower we are going to be putting out
Racers Edge D Motion coilover rear suspension arm
couples the rear arm and controls the ride of your sled with a Heim joint so you have a pivoting suspension to aid in side hilling .

MCXpress 2015 Yamaha Viper MTX 270 Hp Build

MCXpress USA 2015 Viper MTX 190 Hp Turbo Build
MCXpress has built this Turbocharger Kit so that it looks like is came from the Yamaha Factory .
It is very easy to install and runs on Pump Fuel
Unlike one of the other major brand kits, you do not have to remove the coolant or oil lines ,( No Mess)
The air/oil separator and the Thermostat Housing stays in the stock location
You do not have to reroute any wiring harness or remove any of the steering supports.
The plenum has lots of clearance so the hood does not need to cut The Seat does not even have to be removed.
We did install a optional Deep Snow Intake that required cutting the hood to bring large amounts of cool air in.

one of his new Viper Tunnel extensions and set of his Extreme Running Boards
Robbie from Avid Product sent over a set of new Drivers to turn the big 174 x3 track from Western Power Sports
Ron from Powerhouse Customs set up a Racer Edge rear Suspension for the Viper Project.
