Anyone hear when the 850's might start hitting dealerships?

Nice looking sled. They have anymore? My sled won’t be in until November, so my dealer says...... just hoping to see one that looks like mine. This wait is killing me

The Short Bar fad must be in full swing . My Computer Screen is showing a shortage of Short Bars and pushing the production back 45-60 days . They are doing a lot more leg pulling than this thread.
We should start comparing the A-Arms and how much the 2.6 with half clips self destructs!

They ship mountain sleds to the mountains first. Before low early snow areas. My son and I rode on Sept 11th two years ago. If Poo screws their customers over on deliver dates, it wouldn't be the first time that Poo has rammed it home on customers. They already have recalled the 2019 800 sleds that have already been shipped for sale. Can't wait to see what kind of drama comes from a new engine. Not to be a deek, but I am a deek. :)

What did they recall on the 800 ? And your saying if anyone ordered any other size bars they have them just not low hieght ones? Sounds weird that would take 45 days to get bars they would have ordered in spring after intital sales numbers where in.

November / December WTF Polaris! My 2016 snowcheck which was a first year model (as in not just a new motor) showed up at my dealer on August 7, 2015. That sled was 99% different then the prior years PRO. Date and time on the photo below when I unwrapped it from the plastic in the crate.

Fook man. Poo must have screwed something up. The early build 800 sleds were recalled, it had to be something big enough that dealers couldn't fix it. Then delivery dates on the 19 sleds were pushed from September to November. Same time. LOVE to know what it was, probably never will, but at least they are taking care of it.

Sold more snowchecks than anticipated, had to restructure the production schedule. Not sure how many of the early prod 19's had any issue....I have 1 sitting right in front of me that was never recalled.

Eh, I don't think so. Every dealer had an allotment, my dealer filled his, I heard that a large dealer nearby went over his and got them, but that is a one in a nation dealer. They knew how many orders they could fill last spring. There is something else going on.

I would agree, our dealer here is large and in the past typically snowchecked quite a few. This year they had I believe 15 snowchecks for the 850 and all 15 were gone pretty quick!! So compared to years past, the overall number of snowchecked sleds is down and as mentioned, Polaris knows how many to produce, so why would they be "late"?

Just passing along what I was told, from the horses mouth (or as close as I can get). If people choose to believe internet speculation instead it’s all good.

Local dealer around here had about 50ish allocated snowchecks.
Sold everything.

Poo cookies... I may cross over (again) in a couple years when you guys have done all the R&D for Polaris. Not sure I want to try any of those Poo cookies though..

*waiting for the bugs to get worked out
....few years later
*this model hasn’t been changed in years, I’m waiting until they update it.
