I rode my friends 872 174" last season and I was killing the 850's. I am so sold on Dave's BB that I have 0 miles on my 18 850 and it is getting the 927 as I type. By the time the snow is here, i'll be riding the new beast. Talking with Dave and his installer, Brent, I am anxious is a understatement. ..

Do you happen to know what clutching comes in your kit?
Like team clutching etc?

They use the stock clutches with trygstad parts. That's what I know as of now.

TMS G-4 927
We have many clutching - gearing packages for the TMS G-4 927 Summits. Depends on elevations, requested power output of specific build package, customer request for a specific riding style, (hard hitting). Even have a RMSHA hillclimb specific setup for both the std 850 and 927.
After spending 32 days last season in the mountains 6000-11,000 feet we have developed a great performing package The TMS-927!

Hoping Dave gets mine back to Brendt ASAP to as the snow is falling in the higher elevations and expecting multiple feet this next week. Only had my 18 850 for a day when I handed it over for the 927....man am I pumped!!!

Got the call from Brent on the final part, you must be close to shipping for me...awesome as there is a couple feet up at Snoqualmie pass...I am jonesing!!:face-icon-small-hap

How does it do at 0-3000 feet?
If its anything like my race gas blended 872 it'll about rip your arms off especially at those elavations

You need to run race gas at sea-level?
Yup only because of the compression ratio and I think porting but I could be wrong on the last one
If I was on a Skidoo I would run anything that Dave put out. I had my old 800r running real good that was from him.

I threw a leg over a 927 today, engine was on its first rip.
