I had this same sled with similar mods...but not the boondocker controller. And regardless, anyone's numbers will have you needing to do what I'm suggesting below anyway.
At idle and low end, leave everything alone at zero...this tends to work best. Just make sure you don't have a lean bog going on. But, I never had to add to the low end on my sled.
Mid range, add a bunch at first and make sure it falls on it's face. Then pull in from there to clean up. It will take a bit to find that right number that works for the over the hood, plugged exhaust hot pipe/temps yet isn't too lean for the opposite conditions. SLP high flow intake helped with this issue.
On top, start out rich until it falls on its face and pull in from there. Keep as much fuel on the top as you can tolerate...the more fuel, the better this motor runs.
