How do i bypass my hac on a 96 skidoo summit 500 i think it is gone out on me and they want 375 for a new one but the guy at the dealership said you could bypass it and just rejet it. Does anyone know how to do this.

Personally, on this old of a sled, I would not spend a bunch of money trying to get the HAC to work right. If your riding elevation spread is only about 3000', I would just delete it, jet accordingly, and be done with it.
