2017 + MC gear ratio 19/50 to 21/49

Good day,

I want to change my gear ratio from 19/50 to 21/49 but the new dropped chaincase does not allow to use stock chain... Literally 1 link short, I am waiting to see if I can get a 98/13 chain made.

Anyone updated ratio on their MC?

mc gear change

hiitried the same thing at the end of last season ,and yes it wont fit with the 21 so i did 20-49 havent rode it with that gearing yet

I was thinking doing the exact same thing. Sounds like either I run 20/49 like you or order mod chain

i ride at 8 to 10000 feet and its a 153 if it was me i would gear up even higher for sea level
