Your welcome
Also . Maybe nothing but that 19 on the top is so small seems to me like the chain is wrapped real tight.

Hopefully nothing! I did not notice it being to bad. When I installed the 280 track I noticed I lost about 1 pound of boost. Guessing it had to do with load I installed the new gear last night and seamed to get the pound of boost back.. Weird!

hanging out in a tree well at the top.
I swapped the 165-310 to the 150-290 now my engagement is 4100-4200 on the stand. I see in the morning. Ordered the 27 tooth from Tom. If you guys are right that should get rid of the single pop on the bottom by loading the motor. Thanks for all the advice. It's been fun learning how to tune this new turbo. Definitely different from the N/A sleds I've done.

Morning gentlemen. I did get it out a couple times since putting softer spring in the primary. I like the 150-290 from the 165-310. Engagement is 41-4200. Also swapped out the 25 tooth top gear to a 27 on the tki belt conversion as advised. OH YEAH. Track speed is up considerably as I hoped. Figured it would by putting a taller gear ratio. The single some times a couple pops on the bottom end from a dead stop or rolling and pin it is gone. Rev limiter im assuming. Reving to fast doo to not enough load. Running up on baker 4500-6000ft in a lil heavy snow and seeing 8300 rpm steady. Track speed not sure cause I was motivating and looking where im headed .lol. Im leaving it in. Temps are within reason. Ive got over 500 miles testing 3-4 diff set ups on 1 belt.

IM digging this tune up. Thanks to Sparky,Tony,AKFULLTHROTTLE,Paluby, tdbaughya,

Awesome to hear!!
I was shutdown all weekend on account of my A-Arm buckling as I hit the ramp to load the sled. Damn near threw me over the handlebars.
I love the 150-290 spring when you need that instant power.
For ****s and giggles I'm trying out a Black/white 140/320 this coming weekend along with a whole new ZRP front end.
It's only money right ha.

Question for all of you guys? How many of you reshimmed your spider after changing to the lightening weights? I have a clutch here that had a 0.031" shim and by removing it, I have 0.018" belt to sheave clearance with my handy dandy SLP tool.

It is an important part of the setup. If i remember correctly switching to a 10 series profile to lightning, i had to remove a 0.020 shim to get that 0.030-0.034 range

Diamond Dave-
I sure had to -I was @.020and the sled would creep with the lighting weights in
Didn't matter if it was a poo belt or the gates"C"
But now at .030 the is the better and can adjust the deflection- before didn't matter the primary was always on the belt

FYI: The 150/290 doesn't work as well as the 140/300 here in the nose bleed section of 9500'and up.
Lost some RPM and changed the secondary 200 to the 220 -not as strong as the past setup
Sled seems to like the 300 primary with the 200 in the secondary.
Been a fun year with the aid of Tony and Tory-
The higher elevation was getting tough to get it just perfect
I am running 2.6 -163 with a TKI system . The main difference I had was, I am running the 8's drivers off the 14/15 pro - so a bit more involved - but well worth the effort.
