Something is not sitting right with me with Texas and it’s not just the weather.
So I got up this morning, made coffee and got to researching.
I started pulling Biden’s EOs this morning and I found something buried in the Keystone Piepline EO..... way towards the end of the doc.
It turns out that the same day Biden shut down the Keystone Pipeline, he also lifted the security on our power grid for 90 days (Trump’s EO the year prior secured our power grid by giving China no access.)
Here below is the snippet buried in Biden’s Keystone pipeline EO.
“c) Executive Order 13920 of May 1, 2020 (Securing the United States Bulk-Power System), is hereby suspended for 90 days. The Secretary of Energy and the Director of OMB shall jointly consider whether to recommend that a replacement order be issued.”
Just a small little paragraph tucked away in one of Biden’s EO’s the first day he was in office under the umbrella of “restoring science to tackle the climate crisis”.

So I researched our energy transformers that supply our power grid.
Turns out, we have had zero transformers in this country that were manufactured in China prior to 2009. From 2009 -2019, China has manufactured 200 of our transformers, supplying 60% of our power grid.
Trump’s EO states this snippet, interestingly enough.
May 1, 2020 order, President Trump stated that
“the United States should no longer purchase transformers and other electric grid equipment manufactured in China. He signaled that it is important to end relationships that U.S. utilities have directly with Chinese businesses and multi-national companies manufacturing transformers in China, which are later plugged into the electric grid in the United States.
Chinese power equipment can be embedded with software and hardware that can be remotely accessed, enhancing China’s ability to commit cyberattacks. Because power transformers are huge and weigh between 100 and 400 tons, it is not easy to identify embedded software or hardware. There is also a potential hardware risk since counterfeit items can be easily put into large power transformers.”

Conclusively, Biden, on his first day in office, opened up the American electrical grid to China.

Dude, Malcolm x was shot 56 years ago. Today’s Republican Party is much closer to the southern Democrats of the 1960s than today’s dems.

Malcolm x was right about a lot of things, but using his words to demonize today’s Democratic Party is just asinine.

I'm not against those quotes from Malcom X. The overall point still stands from back then. JTK is still correct that "liberals" have put in a lot of work to address Malcolm's comments. Yes Hollywood is full of **** still but the real people, not the money men, are doing fantastic work to gain equality and equity. I'll leave it at that.

The response I have is that "conservatives", whatever that means in 2021, have gone many steps backwards in this respect. MAGA was not a real slogan. It was a rip off from past times. Division doesn't benefit America at all. Things like for-profit prisons, not addressing wage gaps, ongoing civil liberty issues, treatment of Kapernick, and a single minded fascination with Red vs. Blue politics has made it feel like the GOP is no longer the party of Lincoln, Nixon, or even Reagan. An outsider took it to a media focused mess that doesn't support small government it supports chaos and fascism. Fascism is worse than liberalism. Even Malcom X would support that.

Poor rural Republicans may think they are oppressed but the movement sure looks like a mindless support of Cheeto Jesus and nothing like help people in need with specific issues. You have no calling, no motto, no central fundamental issues...it was all given away to an outsider with a fixation on fame and power. 2nd amendment rights is a weak issue when more serious issues with liberty, equality, and equity exist. I'm sorry but anyone who can get a gun does. It takes nearly no effort. It is a talking point that makes for easy debate.

Another thing Malcom would fight for is his freedom of religion. Christians could be pushing this issue but the churches have been exposed as corrupt far too many times now. The fixation on abortions is another talking point and a weak issue. People have access to it and will always do even if whackos try to take it away due to bullshit religious dogma. Christians aren't coming together because the last few years exposed people to be assholes who clearly don't live up to Christian beliefs. They can't be kicked out but they are sinners filled with hatred. Really look at Malcom and you will see not hate, not love, but an obsession with a movement. That movement killed him. Will MAGA kill you?
