I have a 1972 sno jet sst 295 and it is seized. I sprayed a lot of seafoam in the cylinder and it hasnt broken free after a few days of soaking. Could it be something else rusted up other than the piston/rings or whatever. I was also wondering where to find paint for the hood and if there is anything else i should do after getting it free like cleaning the cylinder and stuff

sorry if i sound like i dont know what im talking about but im only 12 and im taking on a seized up rotted out sno jet

You can do it! Great idea asking for info. It can be called no-jet until you resescitate it!

grab the clutch and see if you can rock it back and forth at all, little bit each way, dont force it too hard, use more spray while ya do it, it should come loose unless it was siezed up already when it was parked.
