I am a lift a sled connoisseur also. Can’t work without one.
I have a question for those that have installed the DuraPro Dampner after installing the dampner do any of you have any excessive ski tip pressure? I installed the Dampner and I have lots of ski tip pressure, when I get in powder the skis tips dive down. I don't think it's the dampner causing the excessive ski tip pressure. I bought two sets, the other set did not cause pressure on the skis.

Axys 850= "junk" in the woods?
Two types of riders:
Assets and Liabilities-- has NOTHING to do with financial standing.
On my time, I like riding with Assets...... spend enough time looking for liabilities with Search and Rescue.

Can you post some pics of your dampers? Did you get the right ones because mine don't do that, so Im thinking something is wrong. My experience with these is they are the best performance improvement you can make under $100. The owner of Durapro is an awesome guy and would stand behind his product 100% if something is wrong.
Good catch, the small bag of bolts in the center of the pic has some, I have some more in the other bag with some suspension bolts. I also like and use that Corona saw. I keep that on in the top of my tunnel bag, the Gerber saw in my tool bag and another one in my shovel in the back pack. The Corona saw really cuts fast, my only complaint is some of the teeth are exposed when folded and can catch on things thats why I keep it in my tunnel bag.
So far the Camso Epic track is holding up well. Im running Avid drivers which lets me run it a little looser but it seamed to stop stretching at 100 miles. So far Ive ran this track at near sea level in 3-4' of snow. Some of the snow has been wet and heavy for a great base and some loose powder on top. One of the 1st things we noticed compared to the same sled stock is that it runs cooler. Most of the time I was running right at 100 degrees compared to about 120 degrees on the stock track. Im thinking it's because the Epic is "cupped" and defiantly throws the snow more than stock. Note: I fully clipped the Epic track the stocker is not. The stock also folds over some on the wetter snow where the sides of the Epic are stiff like a finger track. Time will tell how it holds up and performs in the deep snow out west. I should be headed that way next week.

Nope... too many years of working on motorcycles with unreliable hash marks on the swingarm. I just make sure the track is running center in relation to the hyfax/rails.

Long story short....My wife is having some medical issues and I am going to sell this sled. I know this isn't the place, but I am just putting it out there as a heads up if anyone is interested. I only have 194 miles on it because I have several sleds and just got back from CO testing some other 850 Axys's and the new Skidoo 850. We all totally perfered the Axys accept one die hard Doo guy. Anyways, not sure what I should ask for the sled any ideas. Never sold one this new with this low of miles. Tons of extras in it as you can see in this post.

Not wanting to be captain obvious here, just trying to help. Timing-wise, many peeps interested in a "new" Khaos are going to wait until the 2021's are intro'ed in a few weeks to gauge what they may be missing. There are other dealers in the west still stuck and stung with snocheck backout 2020 850 3" RMKs sitting on the floor, lots of 800 Khaos and all poo is offering right now is a 3 year warranty and $300 gift card if financed. This runs through end of Feb. None of them are going to get MSRP - if they could get it they would have sold them already. To better address your Q, going out on a limb - something like a 20% deduct from sled MSRP, and 50% off mod MSRP might get some interest or marketability with three seasons left on the warranty if you want to move fast. Your mods are top shelf, gotta get someone who wants a 163 Khaos with that track and willing to take on some non-warranty stuff they didn't install. Just trying to help, and no one has thrown ideas out in the forum, yet. Maybe you have some private messages with better insight. If poo offers nothing big in 2021 it may move fast or you may do better. Best wishes to you and your wife - many of us have been there, and have great compassion and respect for your circumstances.
