At least skidoo set the bar somewhat low with their 165hp turbo(for now). Cat could put out a fairly conservative 180 hp and be in front pretty easy.

My friend spoke to guy yesterday that said he rode this 4 years ago.

Around 2010-2012 I think it became really obvious that some manufacturer was going to eventually do it. There were rumors of a snowcheck boondocker option on like 2010 cats and then again on like 2013 Polaris. Neither of which really ended up happening to the extent of the rumors but I am sure all of these companies have been testing and experimenting with boost since then. Figuring out how to make it meet emissions requirements and reliable enough for warranty is the hard part.

I just realized I posted my response in the wrong thread...I would be willing to bet though other manufactures are working on this.

I rode 162 forever, 2012 went 153 when proclimb came out, this year 165 with ES, doesn't really feel much different than my last 153 but climbs better, still wheelies when I want to, and the ES is freaking awesome lol I did remove the lead-acid battery and install a 2 pound lithium battery , -9 below at Tog and it started right up with the button

What battery did you put in? And did you keep it under the seat or relocate it?

The rubber bumper incorporated to the limiter strap bolt is a slick idea
