Pro RMK not Pulling RPMs

Those reeds are very normal looking, I wouldnt be concerned about them failing and causing engine damage. They need to get worse then that before they will even start to cause any running issues. Your 5v reference is a bit high. Should probably check the voltage regulator output.

I'll try that, is that done at the voltage regulator itself?

I can't figure out how to test the regulator output? Any advice?
