hanging out in a tree well at the top.
Doo to rise in customer demand they have bought out some of there suppliers and parts can only be produced at certain pace. It's my understanding that changes are being made so this doesn't happen in the future. The company has gotten overwhelmed this year. Growth is good isn't it?

They are still pumping them out. The demand for the kits was overwhelming and we have been non-stop for 4 months. there is a lot that goes into the kits and to keep the quality takes time. We are ramping up staff and equipment to catch up with demand and we know it has been painful for our customers as well. We ask that if you need updates that you call me at 719-271-6687 and try to keep the guys at the shop off the phone. It really is a double edged sword, every time you get Silber on the phone the tig torch isn't moving and lately they have been spending all the time on the phone. It will be tough to get them on the phone the next few weeks as they buckle down and focus their efforts on building the kits. I will handle the phone calls.

I got a # for ya how about #wheresmyturbo or #somuchforpreorder!!!! Sounds like there is no rhyme or reason to how they ship these out! I gave up getting my turbo. Can't get them to answer and they won't return my phone call.

I'll bet he has call display and talks to whom he wants to talk with!
There are other Turbo kit builders that do answer their phone,I would try one of them.

i suppose thats possible.... though it doesn't make sense
considering folks will then get upset and post about it
and that's not good for business ?
i'm not calling anyone a liar or defending Silber
it's just interesting

Corey almost always answers (in my experience )

i realize that these companies have other things going and
spend a lot of time out testing
i can't tell if some companies are dropping the ball or we're unrealistic about expecting immediate service these days

i've called many sled products companies and never gotten through or a return call or waited on hold forever
could it be that this is the nature of the beast with a season that comes on its own schedule and then we all start wanting the same stuff at the same time ?
guess i'm rambling ha ha :face-icon-small-dis

well i hope everyone gets there parts or kits asap
and we get a killer snow year

Spoke with Silber today..... A lot is being done believe it or not. These guys are swamped and suppliers are trying to keep up. Justin hopes to have more shipped by end of this week. I have customer orders from November 7 still out and so do a lot of other guys.
It's not easy being in silbers shoes with such great demand. Imagine if they send out a kit that isn't right or runs like crap? Then Silber is the bad guy. They're in high demand that speaks for itself, least they're not just slapping half put together kits in boxes. My two cents only

I too am waiting for my turbo. I totally understand that they are swamped and behind. My problem is that I was told that I would probably have my turbo the week after thanksgiving and at the latest it would be the second week of Dec. If I would have been told that my kit would not show up until mid January, I would have still bought the kit, and I would not be upset that it has not shown up. Letting people know what to expect up front would also cut down on the phone calls from pissed off people wondering where their kit is, which in turn they could be more productive. Most people are willing to wait for a good product, but don't lead people to believe something and then not deliver.
