There are a couple of guys on BCR that knew Shane. From what I heard, things were sliding pretty easily yesterday also. Be careful out there folks.

We lost one in the Flathead yesterday. 
There was also another Avy, but the 2 buried got very lucky...there was another group that came along at just the right time to help save them.
Lots of natural slides all over as well.

rode the chewelah side of calispell and hed a pretty decent time. the snow is actually pretty good.
