Will an M8 engine fit into an m7 chassis?

Ummm...It's the SAME chassis.....
im pretty sure the mounting is completely diffrent but not 100%
True, and i know that, but since the M8 and M10 are heavier, I thought somehow they may have the engine mounted in the chassis a little different. The M1000 is the same as the M7 as well but weighs about 50# more...something has got to be different?
Can you weld?? You wouldnt believe how messed up cat has their motor mounts set up on the m chassis. I wanted to put a 1200 in a m1000 chassis and just decided what a nightmare!!!!
