2oo2 Polaris 800 cc XCSP
2450 miles (still new)
IHI automotive style Turbo (vc31)
(turbo is compliments of FORD motor company off a 1600cc 4 cyl escort rated at 220hp)
Weisco forged piston w/ Calico coated tops and skirt
Stock head machined to 54cc (for low attitude pump gas)
Walbro electric fuel pump
Mallory Regulator w/ boost comp
Jack Harris powerjets (2pcs)
Stock fuel pump w/2psi Hobbs switch to turn on Electric pump
Digatron EGTs and water temp sensor(using for intake air temp) less then 100miles on egts
Autometer fuel pressure and Boost gauge
Aeroquip fittings and stainless lines
Custom fitted oil tank(turbo oil)
Turbo was professionaly installed and set-up at a local shop in Detroit Michigan.
Less than 100 miles on complete Turbo set-up.
Est HP 180+ at 5 psi will easily make 220+ with race gas mixture
Have more money in this sled then i even want to know, MUST SELL!!!!!!!!
