Is there a diff. 05-06 M7

i am looking at a couple 2006 M7 and th price on them is more than i wanted to spend as i am going to mod it any way so miles isnt really a concern. but if there isnt a big difference between the two then I will get the 05. I avent been into the mountain sleds for very long as i am as most on hear say A FLATLANDER from ND. but with new job i am going to have lots of time to head west. thanks for any and all help
