must be ready to drop in, needs to be early model 94 or earlier I believe. The key way is clocked different and the trigger is located behind the starter assy. in the case not on top like the later ones had. I lost the PTO rod bearing on mine............

if that price is right I'll take 3 or 4 of them.....................?? I believe you meant $450.00 exchange correct?
