Need a jetting chart for an elan 250

I have a 72 elan 250 that the ajustable high speed jett needle was replaced by a single jet. I noticed that this was a ski doo change for late 1973 and up elans with tollison carbs. does anyone have a jetting chart for a late modle 73 up thought about 77 (tollison carb) jetting chart for an elan 250 they can share with me . Knowing the year model it's from would be helpful.

Or if you know were this maybe published on the world wide web would be great.

I may be over thinking this but at some time this carb went from an ajustable high speed jet to fixed jet. It spent it life at 6500 ft and now it needs to work at 3000 ft.
