Ok so I put a set of M7 bars on my 99 RMK and looking for some ideas (lower cost better :D) The stock throttle block assembly won't slide past the hooks. I've thought of using a dremmel tool and making it work but not sure if there'd be drawbacks. What other kind of two piece throttle block assemblies have people run? And kill switch, what's some mod ideas for this? Pics always help.

When I put a set of those bars on my RMK I did it the easy way.
I cut the hook off the bar.
I installed the throttle assembly.
I TIG welded the hook back on.

It only took about 10 minutes to take care of that!

That was another option, at least the cutting off part. Was looking to try and keep the hooks but wanna get this all done and ride this weekend. Might have to find someone local who could weld it back up for me. Thanks for the idea. I welcome all I can get.
