You might call Uncle Tim's Toys in Chelan
Mountain Springs Lodge is in Plain, WA about 10-15min from Leavenworth. They so snowmobile tours and may rent. Don't know of any locals that rent sleds.

Bob, from tacoma, has all brand new arctic cat m serious sleds. he is very reasonable and fair. he will let you pick up the sleds late fri and bring them back sun evening and only charge for two days. i have been renting from him for 5 years now, and have not one complaint.
