Do all Nitro super/turbo kits require race fuel?

Ive been looking at a new Nitro but it could use more power, do all the super/turbo charger kits require race fuel or a race pump mix? I unload at about 9200' and go up from there, can you run marginal boost 8-10#'s at 9200ft. on 91 pump? Also has anyone actualy scaled one full of gas etc.? thanks..

MCX kit runs 14 psi boost on premium fuel, 245 hp. Not to bad, a start anyway!

I bet at 9200' he'd be able to easily run 16lbs on premium pump fuel with the mcx kit..........as long as he installed the supplied head shim.

And the Nytro kills the dragon with 12lbs boost 10lbs boost on Dragon

I wouldn't have thought that you'd gain 25lbs with the mcx kit.....mind you that new mcx muffler isn't lite. When I toss that thing it should be good for close to 10lbs.

I'm thinking of the same thing, Just putting an elbow off of the turbo & dumping it into the tunnel. Machine does not ride that heavy in fact it feels alot like a rev only with serious power.
