Any improvements, changes, pictures and etc of this new kit vs XP/XM versions?

We are waiting to do some testing when the snow flies but the Ski Doo kits have really been unchanged since 08. We are always refining and improving things from what we learn each year to make the kits as good as they can be.

We will post pics as soon as we have kit finalized.

so the chain case housing and mounting is pretty much the same on the G4 as the XP and XM?

Doubtful as the G4 is a different shape. Think it is the same length just different outer shape.

C3 belt drives are awesome and hold up great, got one on my T3 been pretty hard on the sled. Gone through a few clutch belts already but my C3 belt still looks new. Highly recommend especially for guys in Canada.

Any experience with gearing ratios on the early builds? With the smaller drivers I would think we will be looking at a completely different set of ratios. On my 14 154 with a 2.5 I used a 2.42 with good results. Accounting for driver changes looks like the eqivalent would now be around 2.21. With the new primary and slight increase in power we might even end up a little higher than that.

The drivers are the same diameter. 3.5" X 6" =21", 3.0" X 7" = 21".

Makes sense...forgot T3 drivers are different than SP and X models

I believe the problem is the speedo pickup. Can't buy them separately like the XP/ XM.

Thats why i refuse to preorder(deposit) in the sled biz anymore.. If its not on the shelf ready to go then forget about it. C3 said oct shipping..happens all to often.
