Hey, I'm mostly a backcountry skier, but picked up a sled this year ('06 summit 800) for better access. I have a few spots I'd like to hit up on mt baker hwy and might plan a trip to BC this spring, but just wondering if anyone on here can recommend some of their favorite sled access ski terrain?

We don't mind skinning still, but we're looking for day trips with good bang for your buck vertical. Bonus for lower avi risk or areas that you can double up on a sled and still ski steeps!

Washington Pass has the best bang for the buck, skinning wise. Teanaway and Salmon la Sac are also very good if your'e into earning your turns.

I'm in the same boat, we just picked up sleds this year for the same reason. We should compare notes sometime.

I'm pretty sure we have a bunch of mutual friends.
