……..
Thanks.

It definately has way less snow buildup and feels way lighter to throw around.
Only a test ride on the roller drivers but they hook the track really well.
The bilge fan blowhole moves alot of air for $40.

You did an awesome job! It looks way lighter and definitely has to hold alot less snow than a factory tunnel would.

Great job! What type of plastic/thickness did you use for the inserts? I assume mild steel for the traction bars? I like that idea better than tube. Do you think there was any real weight difference as opposed to using tube and traction screws?

.065 hdpe natural black.
Super slippery

The traction bars are 12 guage cromoly

I had tubes and screws last year and this clears snow way better.

First ride out with the roller drivers, the sled spools the track much quicker and rpm/trackspeed is much more consistant when dropping into holes.

I only have about 80 miles on them.
Trackspeed spools up quicker in the deep.
Rpm and trackspeed are stable when dropping into a hole while pinned.
At 220# 6'2" i have fought this before.
Pretty happy with the results
Of course they are really fast on the trail.

Holding them in my hand they are beefy i'm not so worried about bending a drive wheel.
The miles i have on them are all jumping rocks and logs deep in the trees.
